Fitness sessions and tailored meditation sessions such as Beach Healing & Rebirth Session on the renowned Iztuzu beach and Nature Meditation in the ancient city of Kaunos) with Anouk. As well as daily Chi Kri yoga sessions run by our very own Smirti Kotecha.
Executive Chef, Kajal will run a hands-on gourmet cookery class followed by dinner.

Setting off down the river to visit the world famous turtle beach for a morning session of yoga on the beach. During the day, we'll visit the spectacular lagoons, mud baths and volcanic thermal springs. We'll enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch on the boat.
No other boat trip in Turkey can match the beauty of 12-islands. The coastline is of mountains plunging into the depths of the sea and of small, golden sandy bays. You will stop off numerous times throughout the day for dips in the sea and for an amazing onboard lunch.

Note: Dinner is only served on 5 of the 7 nights, leaving you free to discover the local Turkish restaurants in Dalyan.

Kajal and Paul offer you a session on your health and wellbeing; diet and nutrition, counselling, coaching, mental health awareness, mindfulness and general fitness.
FITNESS, YOGA & MEDITATION
Anouk was born in Amsterdam, but have been living in Dalyan for 12 years. She has the amazing ability to welcome any visitor, new or old, without judgement and with an open heart and sunny smile.
She has been involved in esoteric and spiritual practices since childhood. Part of her life mission is to share her light & presence with those ready to walk this magical journey with me.
Anouk will be leading fitness sessions such as Body Weight, Solar Core Workout, Mindful Swimming as well as 3 amazing and tailored meditation sessions (more details below).
Smirti started her Yoga Path nearly 15 years ago with the help of Chi Kri Grand Master Neil Patel. Yoga has given her the strength and will power to do many things she otherwise would have thought impossible.
Smirti will run daily Yoga sessions in the open and peaceful fields of Dalyan.
Her style of Yoga will enable you how to develop yourself spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally allowing a well-grounded and rounded existence on earth.
BEACH HEALING AND REBIRTH SESSION
This workshop will take place at the beautiful Iztuzu Beach at which we will create time to connect with the beauty and healing power of the sea.
I will take you on a journey back to your original blueprint and create a container in which you will be able to connect with anything you feel ready to release and clear from your body, mind and timeline, so that you can continue forward as the authentic you you were born and created to be.
TAO WATER MEDITATION
Connecting with the element that is water and with the ancient wisdom that is the Tao Te Ching. In this meditation I will take you on a journey through some of the most profound and enlightened verses that the Tao Te Ching holds.
We will dive into each verse as deeply as your inner water will let you, sat at the Dalyan riverside, with added assistance of the sound of the natural river sounds and some light guiding music.
STILLNESS WALK & NATURE MEDITATION
Come and walk with me and learn to appreciate the beauty that is nature. Together we will walk up to the ancient city of Caunos in stillness and peace, where we will reconnect with oneness and nature in complete silence.
Letting the powerful energy of this magical place and the ancient trees, soil, rocks and historic monuments tell you their story and connect you with your pure essence and with each other.
TRULY, A PLACE LIKE NO OTHER
Set inland on the banks of the Dalyan River, the village of Dalyan is a peaceful holiday backwater unspoilt by mass tourism.
The romance of the place is heightened each morning as a fleet of gaily-painted boats chug off down the dalyan river to the glorious sandy iztuzu beaches at the mouth of the river delta.
The entire Delta is a protected National Conservation area and is home to over 200 species of birds along with no less than three varieties of turtle, including the Loggerhead Caretta Caretta.
The surrounding area is a green valley - a unique setting for a relaxing holiday to Turkey, and just made for exploring. So if you like to do far more than stretch out in the sun, Dalyan's rich tapestry of history, mystery, nature and wonder is for you.
Our Spa Hotel is a true gem in the heart of beautiful Dalyan. With modern, comfortable rooms and a stunning pool area, this is the perfect place for a relaxing well-being holiday enjoying all that this traditional and scenic resort has to offer.
You'll be ideally located close to the Dalyan river with it's famous mud baths and caretta caretta turtles.
On-site, there's a huge spa complete with indoor pool and individual treatment rooms, perfect for treating yourself.
We offer double rooms (for single occupancy) and double/twin rooms for sharing. All rooms are air conditioned, have en-suite shower and toilet facilities.

Places on the retreat are limited. To reserve your place – please pay £300 deposit online (link below). Alternatively, you can pay by direct transfer, in which case please contact Kajal or Paul.
You will need to purchase your own flights separately. Please arrive at Dalaman Airport (Turkey) after 10am on 4th October, and depart 11th October.
Not included: Alcohol, soft drinks and all meals and refreshments consumed outside the retreat venue.
