About the event

Welcome to our exclusive program that is designed for those seeking a complete transformational lifestyle. Our program incorporates healthy eating, yoga, meditation, life coaching, and inspiration to help you achieve your desired level of wellness.

We understand that everyone has a busy schedule, which is why we have made our program available to access at your convenience. We have over 60 recorded healthy recipe tutorials and a 190-page E-recipe-book with weekly shopping and equipment lists. Our recipes focus on boosting your immunity, re-balancing positive energy, and providing inner healing.

Our daily mindful meditation and yoga sessions with Mindfully Pauli are pre-recorded and uploaded daily for you to practice at your own time. We also have yoga classes uploaded daily with access from 5 am and evening guided meditation available to access from 6pm. Our 21 original guided meditations will help with sleep, self-esteem, letting go, healing, and much more.

We have Kajal providing daily inspirational well-being talks for 30 minutes, and a daily journaling challenge to help you stay on track with your transformation. 

We also offer online interaction with Kajal to help you with any questions or support you need throughout the program.

In addition, we invite you to join our exclusive VIP Facebook community where we'll discuss a range of healthy eating and living topics, share tips, and connect with like-minded individuals. Our aim is to kick start January with a detox to purify your system and gain an inner and outer glow.

We have collaborated with Mindfully Pauli to provide meditation and yoga to balance and awaken your body, mind, and spirit. Our program is designed to help you achieve your desired level of wellness and join our exclusive 'tribe'.
