My Japanese Sparky Salad

Super Salad Detox: Week 2, Day 1


2 sheet's nori cut into strips

1 carrot shredded

2 bell pepper cut into strips

2 spring onion chopped

2 cups finely chopped spinach

Handful french beans cut into long strips

1/4 cup fresh grated coconut

1/4 cup mixed nuts of your choice


Juice of half a lemon

1 tbs black sesame seeds

1 tbs vegan soya sauce

1tsp sesame oil

1 tbs date syrup

1/2 tsp salt

Pepper to taste.
