Coconut and Kale chutney
Coconut-These super tropical fruit promote the effective utilisation of blood glucose, lifting the secretion of insulin to regulate blood sugar, reducing stress on our pancreas, kidney, liver, adrenals, and gallbladder while sustaining and satisfying us in a way that un-fabulous fats don't! Low in calorie and carbs, the water is almost fat free.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 cup freshly grated coconut (you can use desiccated)
4 green chillies-hot
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
3/4 cup coconut yogurt or use cream
2 tsp date syrup or honey
2 Handful kale leaves
1 orange pulp
1 tsp matcha powder
1 green apple
1/2 tsp himalayan
5 dates- pitted
