Hummus


Ingredients

6 garlic cloves

3 tbsp Tahini

4 tbsp Olive Oil

2tbsp warm water

1 boiled beetroot

Juice of 2 lemons

1/4 tsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Handful fresh parsley

400g boiled chickpeas

Garnish - (optional)

Drizzle of Olive oil

Pinch of chilli powder

sprigs of fresh mint

pomegranate seeds

cumin powder

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until you have a smooth texture.

2. Taste and adjust accordingly.

3. Enjoy with raw vegetables or nachos.
