1/4 cauliflower cut into medium size florets

1/4 butternut squash cut into small cubes

1 onion chopped into cubs or slices

1/4 tsp chilli powder

1/4 tsp garam masala

1/4 tsp Salt to taste

1 tbsp olive oil


pomegranate molasses

3 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp ginger

1 tsp freshly grated turmeric (or powder)

1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbs olive oil

Handful chopped parsley

Handful chia seeds

Handful goji berries

1 cup boiled quinoa

1 cup chopped fresh spinach

Gem lettuce leaves (8-10)
