Ingredients:
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup raw mango (chopped into cubes)
1 onion (chopped into small cubes)
3 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup cucumber (chopped into cubes)
Dressing Ingredients:
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/3 tsp salt
2 tbs sumac
Handful finely chopped mint
Handful finely chopped parsley
Sprinkle:
Handful Pistachio
Handful cranberry's
