My Unique Goji berry and Butternut Squash Soup

Goji Berry one of the richest source of vitamin C also helps to oxygenate cells, tissues, and blood to reduce stress and inflammation and helps increase energy and vitality.

Ingredients:

1 tsp olive oil

6-7 leaves of India bay leaves (limbdi)

1/4 of an onion (optional)

1 tsp ginger paste

1 bowl of grated butternut squash

1 tsp cinnamon powder

Handful of freshly shopped dil

Handful of goji berries

1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt

Black pepper to taste

2 cup boiling water (kettle water)

Handful chi seeds


Garnish:

Handful pistachio

3 lettuce leaves

Rice cake
