Quick and Easy Wholesome Tomato Soup
Cooking Tomatoes increase its acidity, but ups the availability of Lycopene.
Tomatoes are my favourite as they come low in calorie and sugar. They are great source of phytonutrients phenoms, providing antioxidants, anti inflammatory aid to the liver, kidney bones, blood and heart, purifying the blood and flushing toxins from liver and gallbladder.
Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
2 wholesome chopped tomatoes
Handful chopped parsley
2 cups boiling water
Handful of mulberry's
Handful almonds
1/4 cup wholesome oats
1/2 tsp salt
For Garnish
2 tbsp chopped cucumber
2 tbsp of seeds mix
1 tbsp raw tiny diced onions
2 tbsp chopped bell peppers
