Spicy Strawberry and Tomato Chutney

Strawberries are low sugar fruits and great source of vitamin C, minerals, Omega-3s and packed with antioxidants. They also make your circulatory system and heart happy plus serve as the digestive diva's.


1 tsp coriander seeds

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 tomatoes

3 red hot chillies (optional)

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 inch of crushed fresh ginger- 1tbsp ginger

1 tsp crushed garlic

Handful of coriander

1/2 cup tamarind pulp

1/4 cup of water

6 strawberry's
