Grain-free Super Salad

Super Detox Salad: Week 1, Day 3

Salad Dressing Recipe:

2 tbs olive oil

3 tbs lemon juice

3 tbs vegan soya sauce

1 tsp rice wine vinegar

Handful of black sesame seeds

1 tbs of grated ginger

1 tbs coconut sugar or 1 tbs date syrup

1 tbs lemon rind

1/2 tsp chilli flakes


For the Slaw Ingredients:

1 bowl of shredded red cabbage

1 courgette shredded

1 mango thinly sliced

1 orange bell pepper thinly sliced

Handful coriander hand chopped

Handful mint leaves hand chopped

1 cup edamame beans (fresh and boiled)

2 tbs spring onion to sprinkle

Handful basil for sprinkle


For extra protein you can add add tofu, or sprouted moong.
