K's Low Carb Salad

Week 2, Day 4

Recipe:

1 bowl boiled buckwheat noodles

1 bowl shredded red cabbage

1 yellow bell pepper (Cut into strips)

1/2 cup fresh peas

1/2 cup freshly grated coconut

1/2 tsp Salt


For the Broccoli Rice:

4 florets of broccoli

1 green apple

2 tbs Kajal's Saurekraut

Blend all the ingredients into wholesome mixtures for about 30 seconds


For flavouring and sprinkle:

Handful of chopped fresh red chilli pepper to sprinkle

1tsp ground cumin

2 tbs chopped spring onions to sprinkle

1/2 a lemon to drizzle on top


Optional: Add whole peas pods to decorate.
