Tangy Herby Nutritious Chutney:

Coriander, so aromatic and brings that citrusy, slightly minty and a bit peppery flavour to any dish and by adding garlic to it we create a mellow dish with fieriness. This chutney is amazing to add to your salad dressing, soup's, spreads or just simply enjoying them as a dip with health raw vegetables or nutty crackers.


Bunch of coriander

2 tbs lemon juice

1/4 cup pistachio

3 cloves of garlic

1 cup of mango

1/2 cup of water

2 kiwi's

salt to taste (1 tsp)

5-6 green hot chillies (optional)

1 tsp of matcha
