1 to 1 WELL-BEING CONSULTATION
The first part of your personalised consultation with Kajal will include a full assessment of your current lifestyle and in-depth discussion about your well-being.
During the session I will get a detailed picture of your background and life story which will consist of your family history, current health health concerns, symptoms, sources of stress, psychological and emotional state and dietary, exercise and lifestyle habits.
Prior to the session you will fill out a questionnaire that allows Kajal to prepare for your consultation in advance, maximising the time available in the actual consultation for issues of concern.
Following on from the initial consultation Kajal will create ten personalised healthy recipes tailored for your needs, a one-to-one cookery workshop walking you through the ten recipes and a final follow-up consultation (One hour)
