About the event

Kajal has teamed up with Pauli to put together a very special Fathers Day wellbeing retreat dedicated to mens health.

Our fathers day retreat combines an exciting fusion of yoga therapy for men and guided meditation, followed by an inspirational talk by MindfullyPauli on burnout and life changing breath coaching to help prevent burnout, reduce stress, help with anxiety and improve insomnia.  Between sessions, Kajal will refresh us with a delicious freshly squeezed juice and we'll finish with a delicious Thali.

Our Fathers Day Yoga4Men Wellbeing Retreat is an intensive ‘self-care’ day designed to help you learn how to manage and control stress, anxiety and poor sleep, whilst helping to improve flexibility and mobility with a gentle, yet stretching, joint mobility and flexibility class targetting hips, hamstrings, back and nexk.

Treat your much loved father, brother, son, partner, husband  or friend to a morning dedicated to the man in your life.

As a wellbeing therapist and master chef, Kajal brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of wellbeing and she's looking forward to sharing this special day with you.

Morning (timings may vary slightly through the day)

Arrive 8.45 am - Welcome Juice - Your wellbeing day retreat will start with introductions and a welcome juice, freshly prepared by Kajal, to kick-start your morning.

09.00am-10.00am Yoga4Men Therapy Class with Mindfully Pauli

Your first session of yoga starts in the inspiring hands of our teacher, Pauli. This transformational yoga therapy class is steadily paced, incorporating deeply calming and balancing breathing with yoga asana/postures to work deeply on your mobility, flexibility and the central nervous system. Pauli’s yoga4men class is a no nonesense style of yoga designed to release tension and toxins and is specifically for men. The focus is on gently releasing hamstrings, hips, back, shoulders and neck in a way that supports your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. 

By applying Pauli’s expertise in breath coaching for chronic stress, anxiety and yoga4men therapy, this practice teaches you to deeply relax and let go of anything that is blocking you. Class includes yoga, pranayama and shavasana.

10.00-10.30: Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra

Enjoy a wonderful 30 minute guided meditation for men. Guided meditation, deep relaxation and mind-body techniques are researched and proven approaches that have lasting benefits for the mind and body as you deeply relax and let go of the tension you are holding on to.

10.30-10.45: Short refreshments break - freshly squeezed juices

10.45-12.15: Inspirational talk and breath coaching class - focused on burnout, mens health, the central nervous system and the transformational power of your breath on managing chronic stress, anxiety and poor sleep. In this session you will learn a range of powerful breathing techniques from his breath mastery coaching course.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation.
  • You will need to bring a yoga mat (essential) and bolster (not essential).
