Daily mindful meditation and yoga with Pauli. Classes are designed to help improve flexibility, release toxins and improve posture.


Classes are suitable for every level, 

and feature pranayama, transformational yoga and shavasana.

Evening guided meditation available to help with sleep, self-esteem, letting go, healing, and much more.

Inspirational daily talk with Kajal and Pauli on themes such as the sassy '6 hormones', and our pillars of healthy lifestyle.
