I am delighted to announce my new cookery program, specifically designed for food lovers who want to make delicious and healthy meals. With my program, you will learn how to transform classic, traditional recipes into super healthy, nourishing meals that are packed with flavor. Whether you want to cook for yourself or entertain guests, you will be known for your healthy and delicious cooking!
The program offers recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The best part? Paid students can join a private Facebook group where they can watch prerecorded videos of me cooking the recipes right in front of them! The videos will be saved on the private page for later viewing at their own pace.
From traditional to modern delicacies, I will teach you how to make healthy, tasty meals that will nourish your body and soul. Drawing from my Kenyan/Indian background, I will add a twist to the recipes using ingredients from both continents and British local produce for enhanced nutrition and taste. You will have a choice of 30 NEW recipes for a wide range of options.
Each recipe comes with a written version that you can photocopy and keep for future use, and you can also make any necessary adjustments. I will also answer questions on each recipe, so you can ask them under the video or privately message me.
