About the event

Following the huge success of our New Year New You program, we are re-launching the program this March for those who missed out.

My exclusive program is for those of your looking for transformation with a programme incorporating Healthy Eating, Yoga, Meditation, Life Coaching & Inspiration.


This is a complete transformational lifestyle program. Includes:

  • Over 60 recorded healthy recipe tutorials available to access at your own conveniance.
  • 190 page E-recipe-book with weekly shopping and equipment list.
  • Daily mindful meditation and yoga with Pauli, pre-recorded and uploaded daily for you to practice.
  • Yoga class, uploaded daily with access from 5am. 
  • Yoga themes include: Week one - grounding. Week two - balance. Week three - awaken. All classes are designed to help improve flexibility, release toxins and improve posture. Classes are suitable for every level, from absolute beginners. Classes feature pranayama, transformational yoga, shavasana and meditation.*
  • Evening guided meditation available to access from 6pm (21 original guided meditations to help with sleep, self-esteem, letting go, healing, and so much more)*
  • Inspirational Daily Wellbeing Talk with Kajal and Pauili - 60 minutes - each day features a key theme, such as the 'sassy six' hormones (thyroid, insulin, cortisol...), our six pillars (nurture, balance, nutrition....) and the power of breath.
  • Daily Journalling Challenge.
  • Online interaction with Kajal and Pauli throughout the program - for Q&A's, tips and inspiration on how to step-change your lifestyle in 2021.

The aim of our programme is to kick start March with a detox to purify your system and gain an inner and outer glow. The recipes will focus on boosting your immunity, helping re-balance your hormones and provide inner healing.

I have collaborated with Mindfully Pauli to provide meditation and yoga to balance and awaken your body, mind and spirit.

* Daily yoga and meditation classes are stored in the group for 30 days after the course is completed. Your e-recipe book is to keep forever, the 63 cookery films and 21 daily wellbeing talks will remain in the Facebook group for 12 months (until March 2022).

Gluten-free and Vegan options?

Our recipes are all vegan and some are gluten-free and can be made so by simple substitution. I indicate whether this is the case for each recipe with a small GF and VG symbol. For those with allergies to soy and nuts, we also indicate if a recipe is, or can be made, "soy-free" or "nut-free".

Calorie information?

We offer a healthy eating programme that will help you to lose weight if you follow it. We don't provide exact nutritional content as it's not a calorie controlled diet.
