About the event
Kajal has teamed up with Pauli to put together a very special day retreat dedicated to celebrate and manifest love in your life.
The day combines an exciting fusion of yoga therapy, meditation, pranayama and journaling in service of love. Kajal will refresh us with a ‘Love-Pot’ light lunch to nourish your hear and the day will finish with her famous Grand Afternoon Tea. With heart and belly filled with love, you can expect to go home feeling full of positive energy.
We all love to be loved more, right? Whether that be loving our self, loved by a partner, family, friends or work colleagues. Our day retreat is in honour of love and by applying yoga asanas and manifestation techniques, we’ll be working on attracting an abundance of love.

The longest and most intimate relationship you will ever have is the one you have with your self. And yet, if you’re like most, it can feel downright impossible to fully and truly love and accept your self.

If you find it difficult to love your self, then you will be unable to give the best version of your ‘love-self’ to others. In return, it’s unlikely you will be able to loved fully and wholeheartedly in the way you desire.
To be open to receiving an abundance of love – and to be able love abundantly in return, you need to let go of love blocks and discover how to open your heart to accept more love. The first step is by learning to love yourself, the second by others.
Our Wellbeing Day Retreat is an intensive ‘self-care’ day designed to help you learn how to discover your best ‘love-self’ by slowing down, detaching from your ‘life’ and by creating a healthy relationship with your mind and body.

Kajal’s Kitchen Wellbeing Day Retreat - Full Itinerary
Morning (timings may vary slightly through the day)
Arrive 9.45am - Welcome Love Juice - Your wellbeing day retreat will start with introductions and a welcome love juice, freshly prepared by Kajal, to kick-start your morning.
10.00am-11.45am Yoga Therapy Class with Mindfully Pauli
Your first session of yoga starts in the inspiring hands of our teacher, Pauli. This transformational yoga therapy class is steadily paced, incorporating deeply calming and balancing breathing with yoga asana/postures to inspire self-love and open your hear to receive love. Pauli’s yoga class is designed support your physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
By applying Pauli’s expertise in breath coaching for chronic stress, anxiety and yoga therapy, this practice teaches you to deeply relax, open your heart to receive more love, and let go of anything that is blocking your love life. Class includes yoga, pranayama and shavasana.
12.00 – 12.30 pm: A delicious light lunch will be served by Kajal – a heart warming creation of healing food in the form of her ‘Love-Pot’.
12.30-13.00: Breath coaching and talk on the nervous system and the transformational power of your breath on both your body and mind.
13.00-13.30: Love Journaling
13.30-14.00: Guided Meditation for Love
Enjoy a wonderful 30 minute guided meditation for love. Guided meditation, deep relaxation and mind-body techniques are researched and proven approaches that have lasting benefits for radiant health, happiness and self-empowerment.
14.00-15.00: Kajals Famous High Tea – your day of self-love ends with a spectacular afternoon tea, where you get to enjoy a mix of Kajal’s gourmet high tea creations – an exciting mix of savoury and sweet dishes to fill your heart, body, mind and soul with love!
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation.
- You will need to bring a yoga mat (essential) and bolster (not essential).
Our wellbeing day retreat is held at our home and we look forward to welcoming you.
