Kajal has teamed up with Pauli to put together a very special day retreat dedicated to letting go, combining an exciting fusion of yoga therapy (suitable for beginners to pro), meditation, pranayama, journaling and Kajal’s healthy gourmet vegetarian thali lunch and afternoon high chai.
Join Kajal and Pauli (mindfullypauli) for our Wellbeing Day Retreat (from 10am – 3pm), a day dedicated to YOU and designed to help you let go and balance your mind, body and soul.
Letting Go is important. If you're able to let go of the tension you hold in your body and mind. When you start accepting things as they are instead of how you'd like them to be, you'll find that you'll suffer less from the problems of stress, emotional ties to the past or future, frustration with others, struggles with loss, and succumbing to fear. By letting go, you'll set yourself free.
