Immune Boosting Matcha Balls

Matcha Bliss Balls - Makes 15


1/2 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp match powder

1/4 cup dry cranberries

1 cup boiling water (to soak dates)

1/4 cup buckwheat flakes

1 cup dates

1 tbsp almond butter

For Coating

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp match powder


1. In a bowl of boiling water, add the dates and soak them for 1 minute. Drain the water and keep the dates aside.

2. In a food processor, add the pistachios with rest of the ingredients including the soaked dates. Blend until the mixture holds together.

3. Take the mixture out in a bowl and using your hands, roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls. Place the balls on a plate.

4. In a small bowl, mix the coating ingredients and roll the balls into the mixture to coat.

5. Store these bliss balls in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.
